Once you receive confirmation that you have been granted access to an instrument, you will then be able to see and schedule time on that instrument's calendar. To do this:

  • Login to your Outlook Calendar with your St. Cloud State email address and StarID password.
  • In the calendar list on the left, under Rooms, you should find the instrument(s) that you have been assigned access to schedule:
    • cmia_afm_iself23b
    • cmia_eds_iself23c
    • cmia_xrd_iself23a
  • Select the one that you want to schedule time for.
  • Click on the calendar where there is free time that you want to schedule and enter title and time frame needed. Click Save.
  • To delete a previously scheduled timeslot that you created, click on it and click Delete. Confirm by clicking the Delete button on the Delete event window.
