Ryan Mont has worked 10 years for Paradies Lagardere in Palm Beach International Airport in Florida. He has done basically everything within the company, sales- and stock-wise. He has won numerous Employee of the Month awards throughout his 10 years and in 2019, he received an Airport Security Safety Award from the airport. A weapon was placed on his cart of water that was being delivered to the airport shops past the security checkpoint as part of an airport safety test. As he entered security he noticed the weapon and notified the Department of Airports and the airport police. Ryan also continued to work throughout the COVID-19 pandemic at the airport.
"At St. Cloud State I graduated magna cum laude in 2009. I studied Travel and Tourism: Hospitality. I was apart of the travel club. I traveled to Alaska in the summer of 2007 with my Urban Studies class, part of the SCSU study abroad.
