In Jordan Onnen's five years at Nova Flex LED, he has grown from a role in procurement to president. In 2020, when Jordan took over the day-to-day operations of Nova Flex, he implemented EOS throughout the organization. According to his Notable Alumni nomination form, this transformed the organization by capitalizing on values and keeping the company nimble in a rapidly changing environment. Nova Flex has grown considerably in the last two and a half years, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jordan spearheaded an acquisition that will position the company for even more substantial growth, while also providing invaluable experience to those on the leadership team as well as others.
