Upcoming NextGen Project Presentation/Q&A: All SCSU Faculty & Staff Welcome!

Join members of SCSU's Local Transition Management Team for key project updates and to ask questions. Because this is a Minnesota State-led project, we may not be able to answer all questions and will post answers to questions on this webpage as we receive them.

Training Plans & Computer-Based Training Now Available!

All employees have been assigned at least five computer-based training courses within the State of Minnesota Employee Self Service’s Learning Management system (ELM). Some employees have been assigned security roles in Workday that require instructor-led training. This primarily includes employees in Business Services, Human Resources and others on campus who will perform business processes in Workday regularly. 

• Those who been assigned both computer-based training and instructor-led training should complete their computer-based training courses by April 28, 2024. This will help ensure they meet the instructor-led training pre-requisite requirements before instructor-led training begins on April 29, 2024.  
• Employees who have only been assigned computer-based training should complete their training by June 30, 2024. This will help ensure that they are prepared to begin using Workday upon go-live in July 2024.
