The Department of Management in the Herberger Business School offers four programs of study. We offer concentrations in Human Resource Management and Operations Management, a program that emphasizes small business management, and one that provides a general management degree. Our classes are small in size, averaging around 40 students, and are offered by faculty who are dedicated to teaching and accessible to students. All tenured and tenure track faculty are terminally qualified in the disciplines in which they teach and most are actively involved in research. Our main student organization is the Society of Unified Management Organizations.
