Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM)

ASCM is the leading professional association for supply chain and operations management and the premier provider of research, education and certification programs that elevate end-to-end supply chain excellence, innovation and resilience.

Entrepreneurship Club

The Entrepreneurship Club is a student run club, devoted to bringing students closer to the business environment. Members help organize and run actual businesses and contribute to being an important part of the organization. All majors are accepted.

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

The St. Cloud State University SHRM student chapter is affiliated with the national SHRM organization. Members participate in HR-related chapter projects and activities, such as the HR Games, that prepares them to enter the HR profession. Members also experience the “real world” of human resources through their interaction with HR professionals and members of Central Minnesota SHRM, North Star SHRM, and the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM). Members are able to network with business leaders of today and make contacts that will help them find a job tomorrow. The St. Cloud State University SHRM student chapter has consistently received the Superior Merit Award from the national SHRM organization.

Society of Unified Management Organizations (SUMO)

The Society of Unified Management Organizations is a student run organization that provides opportunities for Human Resource Management, General Management and Operations Management majors through the national affiliations of ASCM and SHRM.

General Business Student Organizations

Business Student Executive Council (BSEC)

The purpose of BSEC is to advance all organizations within the Herberger Business School and to facilitate interaction between business organizations and Herberger Business School faculty, staff, and administration.

Collegiate DECA

Collegiate DECA is a student driven organization that values competence, innovation, integrity, and teamwork. They prepare students for careers by integrating skills learned in the classroom into real world experiences. Collegiate DECA programs assist in developing academically prepared, community oriented, professionally responsible, experienced leaders.

Delta Sigma Pi

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community.
