A Brief Overview of ESL Testing and Courses at SCSU
The College English as a
Second Language (ESL) program serves the needs of new and continuing international
students who are officially admitted to SCSU, as well as United States residents
and citizens for whom English is a second (or third!) language. International
students and pre-college residents and citizens who are not officially admitted or who test too low for College ESL are referred
to the Intensive English
Center.
