Payment Plan Options

To help you meet the expenses you incur at St. Cloud State University we are pleased to offer two payment plan options. There is a $30 service fee for either plan. For general information, please call St. Cloud State University Cashier’s office at 320-308-4012 .

Please keep in mind that participation in either payment plan option does not guarantee the ability to register for subsequent terms. The registration hold is removed after payment in full is received by the university.

NOTE: A student on a payment plan for spring semester 2013 may only charge their books if they are enrolled on a NBS e-Cashier payment plan and their first payment is received by December 20, 2012. There is a $500 limit on books that can be charged at the SCSU bookstore.

1. NBS e-Cashier Payment Plan

Nelnet Business Solutions, Inc. operates as an external payment plan provider. Using NBS for your payment plan, participants arrange for automatic monthly payments with or without a down payment. Monthly payments can be withdrawn from your checking or savings account or charged to your Visa, Mastercard or Discover. NBS plan participants may update their demographic and account information online.
