Environmental Wellness is occupying pleasant and stimulating environments that support wellbeing. It is also living a life that prioritizes the relationship between yourself, your community and your environment. Increased Environmental Wellness contributes to enhanced mental clarity, reduced stress, improved physical health, and a deeper connection to the world, fostering overall well-being and resilience.

Ways to increase Environmental Wellness:

  • Limit your screen time.
  • Conserve water & energy.
  • Use your own reusable water bottle. 
  • Community clean-up.
  • Use natural/homemade cleaning products.
  • Support local produce.
  • Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
  • Bike or walk to class.
  • Know how to ask, "Hey, You Okay?"
