Planning your Summer Camp or Conference

Enjoy hosting your event in a picturesque setting on our 100-acre campus along the banks of the Mississippi River. We’re located a short one-hour drive northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and can accommodate camps, simple gatherings or host a full-service event. We offer affordable, flexible prices and a staff that will work in close partnership with you to customize your event!

Now that you are interested in hosting your camp or conference at St. Cloud State University please determine the following information:

  • Dates of Camp or Conference
  • Amount of attendees
  • Do you need housing?
  • Do you need meals?
  • Do you need parking on campus?
  • What spaces on campus do you require?

Return Signed Contract Client 
Book facility spaces needed for event Client confirms with Camps & Conference Coordinator
30 days before event Cancellation deadline
14 days before arrival Finalize attendee count & verify booked facilities spaces 
7 days before event Roster room assignments, final count for meals due
Arrival Check-in housing and Camps & Conference Coordinator
Departure Return keys, return linens, return any unused parking permits
Billing Invoices Sent Payment due within 30 days of receiving invoice
