#OurSCSU Gala
Join us for the #OurSCSU Gala
St. Cloud State University cordially invites you to celebrate the impact of #OurSCSU community and recognize this year’s award honorees. Join us from 5:30-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24 in SCSU's Atwood Memorial Center; a reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner, program and recognition awards start at 6:30 p.m.
Complimentary parking is available in any of the SCSU campus surface lots. Business attire is requested; we encourage you to incorporate SCSU colors of red, black, gray and white.
Menu options this year are:
• Beef: Braised beef short rib with red wine demi-glace
• Chicken: Bacon-wrapped chicken roulade with chimichurri sauce
• Vegan/vegetarian: Wild mushroom risotto with cashew cream
