Institutional Review Board (IRB) Changes The St. Cloud State IRB has implemented some changes to the IRB application. Changes include mandatory IRB training, as well as a new form of approval- EXEMPT review. To see the full list of changes and how this will affect your human subjects research, please click HERE.
