The FIRE Department is home to two majors: finance and real estate. Each of these majors deals with the valuation of assets and the quantification of risk. If you think evaluating a funding proposal to to finance a new professional baseball stadium might be fun, or estimating the dollar value of the Target Center might be of interest to you, then give us a call or stop in and see us.
