  • Minnesota State has launched a Workday User Practice tenant, allowing employees to practice limited processes in Workday as we prepare to go live. Visit the SCSU Knowledge Base for important information about accessing and using the practice tenant. 
  • SCSU's NextGen Transition Management Team recently hosted presentation/Q&A sessions in early May. Faculty and staff may access the slide deck and a recording on Teams. 
  • SCSU will be impacted by the cutover from ISRS to Workday beginning in late May/early June 2024. Details about these impacts are available on Friends of NextGen. 

All Employees Assigned Workday Training

Faculty and staff should review their training plan for assigned computer-based or instructor-led training. Those with instructor-led training must complete computer-based training pre-requisites prior to their scheduled training date(s). Employees assigned computer-based training only should complete training no later than June 30, 2024.
