Checklist for Undergraduates

  • Review your degree audit report via login to eServices. Check the following for completion:
  • Resolve any discrepancies indicated on your degree audit by having your advisor(s) send approval to update your degree audit information to the Office of Records and Registration.
  • Submit an application for graduation (login required) including $30 fee payable through eServices. Further payment instructions will be available upon application submission.
  • Submit your diploma address via login to eServices under the "Account Management" link.
  • Continue to monitor your degree audit for completion of degree requirements. Work with your advisor to resolve discrepancies.
  • Register for commencement 8 weeks prior to the commencement you plan to walk in at University Commencement. You must submit your application for graduation at least 24 hours prior to registering for commencement for data entry. (No commencement during summer term. Students can participate in the preceding spring semester commencement or the following fall commencement.)
  • Check for holds and resolve unpaid balances for tuition/fees, fines, parking tickets, etc. You will not receive your diploma unless your account is paid in full.
  • Successfully complete your classes.
  • Review your degree audit in your e-Services (Academic Records link) to ensure all degree requirements will be completed.
  • Inform the Career Center about your plans for work or continuing education after graduation.


Once you've completed all of the above, you are ready to graduate.
