Checklist for Undergraduates

  • Review your degree audit report via login to eServices. Check the following for completion:
    • Liberal Education requirements and Diversity requirements
    • Major and/or minor requirements (if applicable)
    • Overall credits, GPA and upper division course requirements
  • Resolve any discrepancies indicated on your degree audit by having your advisor(s) send approval to update your degree audit information to the Office of Records and Registration
  • Submit an application for graduation including $30 fee payable through eServices. Further payment instructions will be available upon application submission.
  • Submit your diploma address via login to eServices
  • Continue to monitor your degree audit for completion of degree requirements. Work with your advisor to resolve discrepancies.
  • Receive email via your HuskyNet email account about participation in University Commencement. (No commencement during Summer term. Students can participate in the preceding Spring semester commencement or the following Fall semester commencement.)
  • Check for holds and resolve unpaid balances for tuition/fees, fines, parking tickets, etc. You will not receive your diploma unless your account is paid in full.
  • Successfully complete your classes.
  • Review your degree audit to ensure all degree requirements will be completed.
  • Inform the Career Center about your plans for work or continuing education after graduation.


Once you've completed all of the above, you are ready to graduate.
