Checklist for Undergraduates

  • Review your degree audit report via login to eServices. Check the following for completion:
  • Resolve any discrepancies indicated on your degree audit by having your advisor(s) send approval to update your degree audit information to the Office of Records and Registration.
  • Submit an application for graduation (login required) including $30 fee payable through eServices. Further payment instructions will be available upon application submission.
  • Submit your diploma address via login to eServices under the "Account Management" link.
  • Continue to monitor your degree audit for completion of degree requirements. Work with your advisor to resolve discrepancies.
  • Check for holds and resolve unpaid balances for tuition/fees, fines, parking tickets, etc. You will not receive your diploma unless your account is paid in full.
  • Successfully complete your classes.
  • Review your degree audit in your e-Services (Academic Records link) to ensure all degree requirements will be completed.
  • Complete the Post-Graduation Outcomes survey with the Career Center.
  • Inform the Career Center about your plans for work or continuing education after graduation.


Once you've completed all of the above, you are ready to graduate.
