Our June 18-20 Scrubs Camp offers students entering grades 10-12 opportunities to explore health science professions through engaging, hands-on activities.

St. Cloud State, in partnership with HealthForce Minnesota, offered the first Scrubs Camp in June 2016.


Why attend our day camp?

  • Participate in field trips at the St. Cloud Hospital and The Good Shepherd Community
  • Experience hands-on simulation activities exploring careers in Nursing, Radiology, Surgery, Puglic Health and more...
  • Participate in a full scale disaster preparedness simulation (Hazardous Materials Car Accident)
  • Light Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided
  • Receive a set of scrubs
  • Fun and challenging team building activities

Example camp schedule

7:30-8 a.m. — Drop Off / Registration
8:30-9 a.m. — Welcome to St. Cloud State
9 a.m.-Noon — Careers in Healthcare Interactive Sessions
Noon-1 p.m. — Lunch
1-3 p.m. — Careers in Healthcare Interactive Sessions
3-4 p.m. — Health and Wellness Activities
4-4:30 p.m. — Snack and End of Day Activity
4:30 p.m. — Pick up
