Mission
To enhance the ability of St. Cloud State’s campus community to better manage their health, improve productivity and to assist in meeting personal wellness goals. We aim to improve the quality of life and to reduce the risk for disease and injury by providing programming and educational opportunities.
Objectives
To align our work around the 5 essential elements of wellbeing (Rath and Harter):
- Career Wellbeing – How you occupy your time or simply liking what you do every day
- Social Wellbeing – Having strong relationships and love in your life
- Financial Wellbeing – Effectively managing your economic life
- Physical Wellbeing – Having good health and enough energy to get things done on a daily basis
- Community Wellbeing – The sense of engagement you have with the area where you live
