After starting my career as an Engineer in Silicon Valley, I have progressed through engineering and quality positions leading the staff of talented individuals in advanced manufacturing and quality systems. I have 23 years of leadership experience with the last 15 years in Medical Device Quality. In my current role, I have responsibility for Quality and Regulatory in contract manufacturing and contract design services for medical device, aerospace, defense, and industrial segments overseeing a staff of qualified professionals in six sites. I am an ASQ certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence, certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Quality Engineer. I have an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and am currently taking Masters of Regulatory Affairs and Services classes at St. Cloud State University where I am also an adjunct instructor in the Masters of Medical Technology program.
