Diane Sahr

Diane Sahr has more than 20 years of clinical research, outcomes and healthcare quality improvement experience.

She has a unique understanding of healthcare in that she has led evidence based medicine efforts in all sectors of the healthcare delivery system including hospitals, clinics, IPAs, CMS, HMOs and industry.

Sahr facilitated some of the first collaborations among physicians, hospitals and third party payers to measure clinical outcomes and re-designed care pathways to improve care and reduce healthcare costs.

She received national recognition by CMS for these efforts. She has assisted physicians and hospitals in developing patient registries and disease management programs in cardiology, oncology and diabetes.

Sahr has spent the last 10 years in the medical device industry where she has led teams of clinical research professionals and overseen the design and execution of more than 50 pre- and post-market and global clinical trials.

She is a certified healthcare quality professional and a certified trainer in statistical process control.

She is active in Life Science Alley, MN ACRP, Medical Device Alliance, and Women In Networking (WIN). She is a committee member for Give Us Wings, a Twin Cities non-profit organization, and helped to raise funds to established health clinics, housing, and clean water projects in Kenya and Uganda.
