Educational Administration and Leadership (M.S.)

The Educational Administration and Leadership Master of Science degree program is a comprehensive and student-centered program tailored to develop foundational skills in PK-12 school leadership. Candidates will develop disciplinary knowledge and skills based on the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL). In addition, candidates will receive an enhanced understanding of how effective school leaders take on today’s challenges in order to impact student achievement and success.

Upon completion of the Master of Science degree program, a graduate may choose to pursue a graduate certificate that leads to licensure in school administration for K-12 Principal, Special Education Administration or District Superintendent. Candidates may also pursue a Specialist degree or an Applied Doctoral (Ed.D.) program.

This is a highly flexible program designed for working professionals; online and in-person delivery allows for an accelerated option so that you can complete the program while ensuring you can meet your personal and professional obligations.
