Paul Below is a clinical project leader in the Women’s Health Division of American Medical Systems (AMS) since January 2012.
He is involved in managing premarket and post-market clinical studies in both the United States and European Union. Prior to AMS, Paul was an independent consultant (2003-2012) providing field monitoring, project management, QA audits, and GCP training services for both pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
He has been involved in clinical research for more than 18 years and was previously employed as a Study Manager/CRA by 3M Pharmaceuticals, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, and Quintiles. Below is a contract instructor for the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP).
He is a Certified CRA (CCRA®) with ACRP since 2001 and Credentialed Trainer with ACRP since 2008. He is the past president of the Minnesota Chapter ACRP (2004 and 2010) and is the recipient of ACRP’s Leadership as a CRA Award in 2011.
He has been instructor in the ACR program since 2011.
