David Anderson '92

David Anderson ’92 is Senior Vice President of Frauenshuh, Inc. a Minneapolis based corporate services and commercial real estate development, investment and management firm. As a commercial real estate developer and advisor to corporate clients, Anderson applies his technical knowledge and skills in real estate development, entitlements, finance, negotiations and land use strategy to create asset and portfolio value. Anderson’s clients range from small entrepreneurial enterprises to large corporations with national and international real estate interests.

Anderson is actively involved in industry trade organizations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/Realtors (MNCAR), among others. He is a past President of the Economic Development Association of Minnesota (EDAM) and past Chairman of the Minnesota Economic Development Foundation (MEDF), a charitable non-profit corporation supporting communities and developing leaders in Minnesota through scholarship and grant support.

Anderson holds a B.A. in Local and Urban Affairs (economic development) from St. Cloud State University. He played baseball for the Huskies, serving as a team captain in ’91-‘92. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and holds an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) certification from the National Development Council.
