The completion of a Self-Assessment Tool is required for students, employees and campus visitors prior to coming to campus. Students residing on campus are also required to complete the self-assessment at the start of their day. Visitors entering campus will be provided a link to complete. Services and campus access will be provided to our guests with a passing result and a face covering (unless a mental/health exception applies to the individual).

To minimize the risk of exposure and spread, St. Cloud State Medical Clinic is using a phone triage system for sick persons. When students have illness symptoms, please do not physically go to Clinic Services. Instead, call 320-308-3191 first for guidance. This will help us to limit exposure and transmission of the novel virus.

CentraCare also has a community resource for faculty, staff or students to speak with a nurse 24/7 at 320-200-3200.

We emphasize that recovering at home is the best alternative for otherwise healthy persons with mild symptoms. For those with underlying health conditions and/or more than mild symptoms, guidance will be provided for those who may need more evaluation or testing as part of the triage call.
