Biography
Mr. Scott R. Goings, J.D. joined the General Counsel’s Office at the Minnesota State System Office in January 2008 after previously representing Minnesota State as an Assistant Attorney General in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. He has practiced higher education law for 14 years and his practice includes both preventative law and litigation. Scott also practiced law with the Minneapolis firm of Leonard Street and Deinard and clerked for the Honorable Harold Vietor, United States District Judge, South District of Iowa.
