Sponsorships will be welcomed until Jan. 21, 2020. For maximum sponsorship exposure, we recommend sponsorship commitments be made by Dec. 30.
2020 Winter Institute Sponsorship Packages
Platinum Sponsorship $25,000
This sponsorship is exclusively offered to one company and gives the sponsor the following benefits:
- Principal sponsorship of the 2020 Winter Institute.
- Sole sponsor of the Thursday evening networking reception. The reception immediately follows the evening portion of the event.
- Additional visibility opportunities on both Thursday and Friday featuring your company.
- Prominent indication of sponsorship in promotional materials. Your company logo included on all Winter Institute print materials including newspaper ads, posters, fliers, and website.
- Opportunity to show a short video advertisement featuring your company prior to the start of Thursday evening’s Economic Outlook and one of Friday’s keynote addresses.
- Twenty-five registrations to the full event including the networking reception.
- Twenty-five student scholarships.
Elite Sponsorship $10,000
This sponsorship is limited to three companies and gives each sponsor the following benefits:
- Sponsorship of a specific session.
- Additional visibility opportunities on both Thursday and Friday featuring your company.
- Indication of sponsorship on numerous promotional materials. Your company logo included on Winter Institute print materials and website.
- Fifteen registrations to the full event including the networking reception.
- Ten student scholarships.
Visionary Sponsorship $5,000
- Indication of sponsorship on numerous marketing and promotional pieces.
- Additional visibility opportunities on both Thursday and Friday featuring your company.
- Ten registrations to the full event including the networking reception.
- Five student scholarships.
Pioneer Sponsorship $2,500
- Indication of sponsorship on numerous marketing and promotional pieces.

Innovator Sponsorship $1000
- Indication of sponsorship on numerous marketing and promotional pieces.

Inclement weather policy
Closing/cancellation of daytime classes and events is typically announced by 5 a.m. Closing/cancellation of evening classes and events typically occurs before 3 p.m.
The Winter Institute website and Winter Institute Facebook pages will be updated with details.
Since sponsors will have enjoyed advertising exposure prior to the event, refunds will not be issued for weather cancellations.
