Accommodations

Please note that 2018’s Institute will be held at a new hotel, the Holiday Inn & Suites in St. Cloud.

When you call to reserve a room, reference the "Minnesota Municipal Clerks Institute group rate." St. Cloud Holiday Inn & Suites has queen and double bedrooms -- both at a group rate per night of $99.95 plus tax.

Please call the hotel before March 30, 2018, to get the group rate. Once the block has been exhausted, reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis at the prevailing rate. Though every effort has been made to ensure an adequate number of rooms in the block, instances can sometimes occur where an event block fills at a host hotel and more rooms are not available due to other competing events. Therefore, we recommend that you reserve your room early if you want a guaranteed stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites.
