Faculty Resources

Are you interested in affiliating a course with high first-year student enrollment? Please have a look at our frequently asked questions for more information on what that means.

Are you already affiliating a course with the Common Reading Program? Please join us on June 13, 2011 for an all-day workshop for faculty using the book in the classroom. We'll spend the morning discussing themes of the book, myth-busting, and providing information to complement your approach to teaching it. After lunch together we'll spend time building curricular elements. Continental breakfast and lunch provided; $300 stipend available to faculty for full-day attendance. Please RSVP to Christine R. Metzo by telephone (320) 308-2944 or crmetzo@stcloudstate.edu.

See Summer Assignments for a look at what students are asked to do during the summer while they are reading The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian.
