How to Register

A league is a five-week pool play tournament with a single-elimination tournament to finish the season. Pool play results determine a teams ranking for the tournament and the winner is declared the Intramural Champion.

League Champions are awarded an Intramural Champion T-shirt and are inducted into the St. Cloud State Intramural Hall of Champions. A division plays twice per week and B division plays once per week.

Starting a Team

Don't Have a Team?

All league sports have a free agent list. The list is for any participants who would like to play on a team and don’t have one put together. A participant who would like to be put on this list should go to the Guest Services Desk at the Student Recreation Center

To get on the list, contact (320) 308-3325 or visit the Service Desk at the Student Recreation Center.

Eligibility Requirements

All students, faculty and staff of St. Cloud State University and St. Cloud Technical College are eligible to participate in any Intramural sport. Students must carry a minimum of one credit to be eligible to participate in any intramural sport. All participants must present a valid University I.D. card before engaging in Intramural programs.

Team Captains

Every team is required to have a Team Captain.

Informational Captains Meetings are held prior to the start of each league and it is mandatory for a team representative to attend. Failure to attend the Captains Meeting will result in that team not being allowed to participate in the playoffs.

Learn more: Team Captain Roles & Responsibilities.

Entry Information

Entry forms for each sport may be obtained at the Front Desk in the Student Recreation Center, in the Intramural Office HaH 102E or online at Intramural and Sport Clubs.
