Campus Recreation and Sports Facilities is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As the situation continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our community, on and off campus.
As you stay active and healthy in our facilities, here are changes to our standard operations to be aware of.
In alignment with the University's masking requirement, masks are required when entering the facility and moving through the facility, but not while exercising. Users are asked to wipe off equipment before, and after use, for their own safety as well as the safety of other patrons. Additionally, maintain 6-feet physical distance.
Masks are required while moving between exercise stations, but not while exercising. Every other machine will be blocked off to encourage physical distancing. Blocking of machines will rotate every other day.
Capacity is limited to 35 in the fitness center. We ask that you limit your workout to an hour.
Exercises that require a spotter will not be permitted. There will be no check out of equipment, and all porous and shared equipment such as bands, mats, physio balls, pads, ropes, weight belts, foam rollers etc., have been removed from the fitness floor.

No, there is no preregistration required for classes at this time. However, there are only 15 spots available in Studio B (53) and only 10 spots available in Studio A (51). These will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Masks are required before and after class. For your safety, studio access will not be permitted once the class begins.
We recommend that you bring your own mat and yoga block.
Equipment at the Campus Recreation Guest Services desk will be available to checkout and will be sanitized by staff after each returned use.

Students, employees, guests and alumni can continue access the facilities with a paid membership.
