From here you will see Atwood Student Center, The Performing Arts Center, Centennial Hall and some of the SCSU Residence Halls. Atwood Center serves as the center for student activities. There are offices for student organizations, rooms for meetings and events, a food court, recreation facilities, shops and lounge areas. The Performing Arts Center is home to the Music, Theatre and Dance programs at SCSU. Centennial Hall is currently undergoing a transformation from old library to new classrooms, University Bookstore and student services.
