The purpose of the Academic Planning & Continuous Improvement Process (APIP) is to ensure the rigor, relevance, and viability of St. Cloud State University’s academic program portfolio. We coordinate planning and continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and program portfolio management. This allows the University to make strategic choices about resource allocation as well as clearly defining our achievements to our external partners.
