FACULTY WIVES and WOMEN SCHOLARSHIP for NONTRADITIONAL FEMALE
STUDENTS - $500
The St. Cloud State University Association of Faculty Wives and Women has a
membership comprised of wives of current and retired SCSU faculty/administrators, and
current and retired women faculty/administrators. In addition to promoting social
relationships among members, the association is interested in aiding other women to
earn a university education. The purpose of this scholarship is to assist non-traditional
female students whose family responsibilities have made it difficult to earn a bachelor’s
degree.
Who is qualified?
Undergraduate female students who:
- Are at least 25 years old
- Have family responsibilities that
have made it difficult to earn a bachelor’s degree
- Have
sophomore or junior status at the time of application
- Have a minimum
overall GPA of 3.0
- Have demonstrated financial need
(Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation, one
of which must be from a SCSU faculty member in the applicant’s
major field.)
