What is the Co-Curricular Transcript?
The Co-Curricular Transcript serves as a record of your activities outside the classroom - campus and community service involvement, club membership and leadership roles. The Transcript will show potential employers and graduate schools evidence of your leadership and commitment. In addition to your official academic transcript, it is a helpful tool to document your co-curricular experiences.
Co-Curricular Transcript Update
The SCSU Co-Curricular Transcript system is currently inactive. The database that was used to track student information has malfunctioned and no backup exists.
The Center for Student Organizations and Leadership Development (CSOLD) and Volunteer Connection are working to create a new and improved system to track students' organization and volunteer involvement. We anticipate a new web-based system will be in place by Spring 2005.
In the meantime, we recommend that you keep your own records of your college involvement so you will be able to self-report your information once our new system is operational. The user-friendly web-based system will allow you to view, add, or modify your own information.
The new Co-Curricular Transcript will allow you to record your organization membership and leadership positions, service activities, awards and recognitions, athletics and intramural sports, as well as workshops, seminars, and special training.
If you need a Co-Curricular Transcript this term, please go to CSOLD in Atwood and complete a "Transcript Request." This form will allow you to list your organization involvement, position, term and year, as well as your community service, term and year, and number of hours. Transcripts cost $1.00 each and take one week to produce.
