Hungry for Hurricane Relief?
Leave the brown bag at home! Volunteer Connection, Aramark and Residence Hall Association are sponsoring a food service fundraising event for hurricane relief, with proceeds going to the American Red Cross. The event takes place on Wed., Oct. 26th all day in the food service operations at Atwood Memorial Center (except Valhalla) and Garvey Commons. In Atwood, 5% of all cash food sales (except Valhalla) and $1 of each cash sale at Garvey goes toward hurricane relief. In addition, there will also be cash donation jars available at cash registers in both facilities all week Oct. 24-28, and $5 of each “20 meals for $87.50” plan purchased at Garvey will go toward relief efforts. Please plan to eat one meal on campus and pay cash to support this effort on Oct. 26th!
