Executive Board
The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice President of Public Relations, and the Vice President of Administration. These students are responsible for providing organizational and developmental support to all coordinators and committee members of UPB.
President
The UPB President serves as the primary spokesperson for the organization. He/She acts as a liason between UPB and other organizations and departments on campus. Primary duties include: presiding over all Board, Executive Board, and Executive Committee meetings; serving as the chief constitutional officer; assisting with the UPB budget process along with the UPB director.

Vice President of Public Relations
The UPB Vice President of Public Relations is responsible for the overall image of the organization. The VP/PR also presides as president in the president's absence. Duties include: coordinating social activities; coordinating recruitment/retention/recognition programs for the organization; responsible for the production of the semester UPB calendar of events.

Vice President of Administration
The UPB Vice President of Administration is responsible for maintaining minutes of all organizational meetings and coordinates the annual UPB officer selection process. The VP/Admin is also responsible for informing the Executive Board/Committee about executive expenditures and budget balance. The VP/Admin serves as president in the absence of both the president and vice president of public relations.
