Cardinal Red and Black

St. Cloud State University's official colors are cardinal red and black. Consistent use of the standard red will reinforce the impact of graphic images that represent St. Cloud State University. The official red for St. Cloud State University is known by printers as PMS 200. Because the hue changes depending on the type, ink, color or surface of the paper or in electronic venues, a range of official PMS colors has been approved: PMS 198 through PMS 202. Liberal use of St. Cloud State University red on printed materials, clothing and other items related to St. Cloud State University is encouraged.
