Transfer Appeal Process
For courses that did not transfer due to the transfer policy grade requirement or other transfer policy-related reason:
Complete the Transfer Credit Policy Appeal form to have your case reviewed by University College:
- Fill out sections One and Two of Transfer Credit Policy Appeal form and print form
- Submit form to the appropriate academic department for signature
- Contact a Transfer Evaluator in the Office of Records and Registration, AS-118, 320-308-2111, email@example.com to review your submission.
Note: Do not submit a transfer credit policy appeal until you have a met with the academic department associated with your course and the academic department determines there is no comparable/equivalent St. Cloud State University course.
The student may appeal the St. Cloud State University decision to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system in accordance with System Procedure 3.21.1 Part 7. Subpart B.
