Partner Districts - Sartell / St. Stephen
Sartell is known as a popular place to live and raise a family because of the fine school
system, active local school system, affordable and well kept
housing, proximity to work, active local organizations and churches and yet maintains a small
town atmosphere. Sartell currently has 4 schools consisting of 3,215 students.
Superintendent
Sartell-St. Stephen School District, Joseph Hill
Superintendent Joseph Hill has degrees from University of North Dakota, St. Cloud State University, and the University of Minnesota, Morris. Dr. Hill has also served in administrative positions in the Duluth and Alexandria School Districts.
Dr. Joseph Hill is currently serving as the Superintendent of the Sartell-St. Stephen School District. In addition, Dr. Hill is an Adjunct Professor with St. Mary's University School of Education Administration.
