On September 1, 2010, the Minnesota Board of Teaching will launch a new generation of licensure tests. The new testing program is called the MINNESOTA TEACHER LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS (MTLE). For more information please go to the following web sites:

The Praxis Series assessments provide educational tests and other services that states use as part of their teaching licensing certification process. The Praxis II® tests measure general and subject-specific knowledge and teaching skills.
For paper-based Praxis testing, candidates must register directly through the specific testing company, not the Atwood Testing Center. In order to take the exam at St. Cloud State University in Atwood, candidates can register with a credit card in the following way:
