GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test):  Computer-based

The Graduate Management Admission Test® (GMAT®) is a standardized assessment—delivered in English—that helps business schools assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management. Schools use the test as one predictor of academic performance in an MBA program or in other graduate management programs.

The GMAT® exam measures basic verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills that you have developed over a long period of time in your education and work.

The GMAT® exam consists of three main parts, the Analytical Writing Assessment, the Quantitative section, and the Verbal section.

Fees and Registration
The fee for the GMAT exam is $250.

The GMAT exam is given during the majority of the Testing Center’s open hours.  You may register to test at the Atwood Testing Center the following ways:

• By going to the GMAT Web site below and registering on-line.  If you choose to schedule a test appointment online, you must sign up as a registered user of the mba.com Web site if you have not already done so. Be sure to enter your name and birthdate exactly as they appear on the identification you will present at the test center.  Fee payments can only be made by credit card or debit card
• By calling GMAT at 1-800-717-GMAT (4628), 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time
• By mail or fax:  To register for the GMAT® exam by mail or fax, you must complete the GMAT® Appointment Scheduling form. To complete it, you will also need the Country Code List. If you wish to fax your form, please use the fax number for Customer Service (952-681-3681).  If you wish to mail your form, please send your completed form to:
