Simplified PDP and PDR Calendar for 2013-2014
CETL collaborates with the Deans and Faculty Association to provide new, probationary, and tenured faculty regular workshops on the faculty professional review and evaluation processes. Events include panel presentations by deans, contractual guidance by the President of the Faculty Association and workshops by the CETL Director on best practices and guidelines for faculty to prepare high quality professional review, tenure, and promotion portfolios. We also provide examples of high quality documentation from senior faculty members. Additionally, we identify faculty consultants who help new and probationary faculty present their work.
To view Articles 22 and 25 of the MnSCU/IFO Contract, both of which are related to faculty professional development and evaluation, please visit the Inter-Faculty Organization website.
The following faculty members have been identified as having an excellent track record and have agreed to serve as informal consultants to new and non-tenured faculty to help them prepare their PDPs and PDRs. Thank you, colleagues, for your service!
