Short-Term Study Abroad Programs
Short-term study abroad opportunities are available during
Winter Intersession, Spring Term, May Intersession and
both summer terms.
These programs are led by St. Cloud State faculty
and focus on a specific academic subject. Typically
you can earn 3 to 6 SCSU credits while participating on
these programs. Other summer opportunities exist at our partner universities. You can enroll as an exchange student for the summer.
2008-2009
Many groups are traveling with SCSU faculty, students and
staff
around the world. The following are programs which have
been formally approved as of August 1, 2008.
Winter Intersession:
- Laos and Thailand with Dia Cha for Ethnic Studies
- Thailand with Janikan Supanvanij for Finance
During Spring Semester:
- Italy with Ming Chi Own for Child and Family Studies
- South Africa with Joan Wilcox for Nursing
- South Africa with Robert Johnson for Ethnic Studies
May - Intersession & Summer Programs:
Spend the summer at Alnwick Castle
Students are invited to live in Alwick castle for 2 monthes during the summer. There are a number of classes offered by the faculty leading the students.
