practical instruction and applied research
Location
Ingolstadt, on the banks of the fabled "Blue" Danube River, is a city of 115,000 located about 50 miles north of Munich and 50 miles south of Nuremberg. In the center of Bavaria, trains and buses make travel between Ingolstadt and anywhere in Europe easily accessible.
Ingolstadt is the host of many industries including: oil refining, high fashion garment production and auto manufacturing. Additionally, Ingolstadt's nine museums, active theatre and beautiful parks invite students to experience both the former and contemporary aspects of German culture. top
Academic Programs
- Students are able to take a combination of engineering courses as well as a survival German Language class.
- Some classes might require a short period of attendance in the regular class at SCSU prior to leaving for Germany.
- Students selected to participate will enroll in St. Cloud State University classes. Credits and grades earned for approved courses taken at the Fachhochschule will be calculated into the CGPA at SCSU. top
