Program Options for Students
Our programs allow students to study around the world and still earn credits that can be used to complete major, minor or general education requirements.
St. Cloud State University has semester-long and academic year programs. In addition, there are short-term opportunities available during winter intersession, spring break, May intersession, and during the summer.
Each program has specific requirements and we encourage all students (undergraduate, international, nontraditional students, etc.) who have a desire to study abroad to find a program that is right for them.
How do you choose a program?
This depends on what you want to get from your experience.
- Do you want to get general education credits?
- Do you want major credits?
- When do you plan to graduate?
- Where in the world would you like to go?
- Do you want to go for a semester or do you need a short-term program?
Once you answer some of these questions you can begin to narrow down your options.
