Location
The University consists of 3-branch colleges: Songsin, Songsim and Songeui. Two are located in Seoul, with the third in neighboring Bucheon City. top
Academic Program
Students from all majors are welcome to apply for this program. No prior language skills are required for this exchange program. Students are required to take Korean language, history and culture courses. Some classes are offered in English. top
Living Accommodations
Exchange students will stay in university owned and operated residence halls. top
Selection
The student must have completed at least one year of continuous study at SCSU or another university. The program is limited to three students per term. An interview will be required for placement. top
Program Costs and Financial Aid
Participating students will pay SCSU tuition, but all other applicable fees, including special course fees, international orientation fee, key deposits, books, and housing costs will be paid to the host university. Food, transportation (including air fare), and other travel is the responsibility of the student. top

* Applications are due the year before travel, i.e. traveling in Fall 2008? The application deadline is February 15, 2008. Priority will be given to applications received by the deadline. Applications will be accepted after the deadline on a space available basis.

Summer Korean Culture Study Program
Program Description:
The program takes place over a period of two or three weeks during summer vacation. The program gives participants a deeper understanding of Korea through direct experience of Korea and its culture. Participants attend classes in Korean language, history and culture, social studies, economics, and education and family. Other activities include tours of historical and industrial sties, tours and workshops at ceramics centers in Lichen, and a visit to Anemone. The home-stay program gives students the opportunity to experience family life in Korea. In the three-week program, participants explore Ageing, the ancient capital of Korea, and its surrounding area.
