Memories of Alnwick
Blair Schlichte ’03, summer 2003 Alnwick
 I have many memories from my trip to Alnwick, England.
It was the best time of my life. The best decision I ever
made in college. I graduated in May 2003 and to finish off
my college career, I participated in summer program. Having
the opportunity to travel around Europe was probably the
best part of living in England. I was able to visit Barcelona,
Paris, Ireland, Venice and Scotland. And It was always nice
to have a home, away from home, to come back to. The castle
really felt like my home for the short time I was there,
and it was really hard to leave when our time was up.
It's hard to sum up my experiences in Alnwick into a couple
of paragraphs and I'm definitely not going to try. But I
will say, is that Alnwick was the best thing that ever happened
to me. Everything about it was special and I hope one day
I can return. I hope that others students won't pass up
the opportunity.
