The Office of Sponsored Programs is pleased to announce the availability of funds to support academic research and creative activity carried out by undergraduate and graduate students under the direction of a faculty member.

Students may use the funding for:

  • materials and supplies
  • travel to conduct research or to present at a conference
  • any other reasonable needs directly associated with research/creative projects.

Approximately 20-25 awards will be made each year. Projects must be related to academic program and career objectives. All students accepting an award agree to present their project at an SCSU Student Research Colloquium.

Application and Guidelines
