St. Cloud State University will hold its 12th annual campus-wide Student Research Colloquium (SRC) on Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Faculty, graduate and undergraduate students from SCSU and regional schools are invited to participate. Industry sponsors are also invited and encouraged to attend.
Students may present their scholarly activity in the following formats:
Papers* are oral presentations limited to 20 minutes including time for questions.
*Please note that formal papers are not required for this presentation. |
Posters will have a 4' x 8' supporting board and stand for display of poster materials. Students must bring their own supplies for hanging the poster.

Performances and creative works should be similar to the activities expected at a professional fine arts conference or festival. These presentations are limited to 40 minutes including time for questions. |
**The SRC will be conducting a paper presentation competition in addition to its traditional Best Poster competition. However, to be eligible for either competition, students must now "opt-in." The goal of the SRC is to bring together students, faculty and members of the community involved in scholarly and artistic activities representing a range of disciplines, including creative arts, mathematics, business, social science, humanities, physical and life sciences and engineering. Additional goals involve promoting research, scholarship and creative activity undertaken together with faculty as a vital component of higher education.
