The 2008 Colloquium schedule of events is as follows:

Registration starts at 8 a.m. in Atwood Memorial Center (AMC) outside the Ballroom on the second floor.

Poster presentation sessions are held in the Ballroom, AMC, as follows:

• 9:00 - 10:50 AM Poster Presentations I
• 2:00 - 3:50 PM Poster Presentations II

Paper and performance presentations are held in various rooms within AMC as follows:

• 9:30 - 10:50 AM Student Presentations I
• 11:00 AM - 12:20 PM Student Presentations II
• 2:00 - 3:20 PM Student Presentations III
• 3:30 - 4:45 PM Student Presentations IV
• 5:00 - 6:20 PM Student Presentations V 

The Keynote Address - Research in Action: Helping People will be from 12:30 to 1:30 PM in the Cascade room, AMC with a reception to follow. This year’s panel of speakers will discuss how research helps them do their jobs. Panelists will describe their careers and answer questions about the secret to their success. Panelists are as follows:

• Keesha Gaskins, SCSU Alumna, Executive Director of Minnesota Women's Political Caucus
• Bob Goff, SCSU Alumnus, Co-founder and owner of Goff & Howard, Inc., a public relations firm
• Amy Schultz, SCSU Alumna, Geropsychologist from OPAL Institute, Oregon Passionate Aging and Living
