Partnership Annual Report 2004-2005
The Special Project and Applied Research Center (SPARC) provides support for a variety of College of Education sponsored projects. During the 2004/2005 year, SPARC staff worked with school based and/or charter school partnerships, global education initiatives, MnSCU Teacher Center, and student scholarships.
